We are not a law firm, a bail bond agency, a surety, or a government body. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.

2. Directory listings and submissions

• By submitting information you represent that you are authorized to submit it and that it is accurate and not misleading.
• We review submissions and may publish, edit, decline, suspend, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

• We do not guarantee any placement, visibility, traffic, leads, search ranking, or business result.
• You may request correction or removal of your listing at any time by contacting us.

3. License to submitted content

By submitting content you grant BailWatcher a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, edit, adapt, publish, and display that content in connection with the directory and the site. You retain ownership of your content.

4. No warranty, accuracy disclaimer

The site, the directory, and all content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any warranty of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
